Tandoori Chicken Masala is a blend of 16 mixed spices.
Spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander intertwine in a complex way to create the distinctive flavor of tandoori chicken.
①Cut 500g of chicken thighs into appropriate sizes for better flavor absorption and pierce with a fork.
②Mix 2 teaspoons of Tandoori Chicken Masala with 3 tablespoons of yogurt. (For more acidity, add a few drops of lemon juice to taste)
Add ① to ② and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then, add an appropriate amount of oil to a frying pan and cook skin-side down until crispy, flip over, cover with a lid and steam-cook until fully cooked through! Finally, add butter for aroma to further enhance the flavor!
For oven cooking, preheat to 230°C and bake for 15 minutes. Place skin-side up.
You can easily make this labor-intensive tandoori chicken at home!
