▼Sambhar Masala Sambhar soup is a lentil and vegetable-based dish commonly eaten in South India.

With SAMBHAR MASALA, you can easily enjoy authentic sambhar soup with seasonal or your favorite vegetables!
①Simmer vegetables that require longer cooking time (such as eggplant, carrots, daikon radish) for about 30 minutes.
②While ①is cooking, sauté onions until translucent, then add tomatoes and cook until soft (about 3-4 minutes). Finally, add SAMBHAR MASALA and stir-fry briefly.
③Add ② to ① along with water to replace what has evaporated, and simmer for 5-6 minutes to complete. One tablespoon can make 2-3 servings.
