Meat Masala uses 18 types of spicy and aromatic spices, blended to complement gamey meats well.
In particular, the sweet and stimulating aroma of clove and cinnamon brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients.
This Meat Masala pairs well not only with mutton but also with other meats, and is also recommended for keema curry made with ground meat.
One tablespoon can make curry for two servings. Add it when sautéing ingredients such as onions.
