The sweetness of vegetables is enhanced, and it pairs well not only with naan but also with rice, stimulating your appetite. In the product name, Pav means (bread in general) and Bhaji means (vegetables). The vegetable sauce made with Pav Bhaji Masala is eaten by dipping or sandwiching bread.
(Serves 2-3)
①Finely chop garlic (1 teaspoon) and onion (half), and sauté until caramelized.
②Add finely chopped tomato (half) and Pav Bhaji Masala (4 teaspoons) to ①. Add your favorite vegetables while mashing them and simmer further.
Adding butter at the end recreates authentic Pav Bhaji.
