Pani Puri is an Indian local food made by deep-frying wheat flour dough into ball shapes, filling them with ingredients like potatoes, and finishing by pouring cold pani puri soup before eating.
Pani puri soup spreads the refreshing sensation of mint and coriander in your mouth.
Add one teaspoon of Pani Puri Masala to 250ml of water, adjust the taste with salt, and you can make delicious pani puri soup for approximately 15 pani puris.
