By simmering chickpeas slowly, they become fluffy and soft, creating an authentic Indian bean curry that pairs perfectly not only with rice but also with naan!
CHHOLE MASALA creates a spicy and aromatic chickpea-based curry dish. This convenient mixed spice can also be used for other bean dishes and vegetable curries.
①Simmer chickpeas until they reach your desired tenderness.
②While ① is cooking, sauté onions until translucent, then add tomatoes and cook until soft (about 3-4 minutes). Finally, add 2 tablespoons of CHHOLE MASALA and stir-fry briefly.
③Add only the beans from ① to ②, mix well, adjust seasoning, and it's complete!
